okay, well how tall are you for a start? you lose weight through healthy eating and exercise, cardio specifically. it’s not easy, it doesn’t happen overnight, and staying thin also isn’t easy, you can’t just lose the weight then eat the way you used to and stay there.
i’d recommend lowering your intake to around 1200 calories a day, no lower. eat 3 meals a day, always eat breakfast. healthy food like salads. include lots of protein, fruits and vegetables, and exercise as much as you can. join a gym, go jogging or join a local sports team. make sure you do exercise though, it keeps your skin elastic so it shrinks with your body and you’re not left with saggy excess skin. for your stomach and thighs, cardio cardio cardio! this burns fat and gets rid of it. people believe doing 300 crunches will give them rock hard abs. it will, but you won’t be able to see them if you haven’t done the cardio to burn the fat!
make goals for yourself, treat yourself to something nice when you reach each goal, it keeps you motivated. make sure you allow yourself to indulge sometimes, you don’t have to deny yourself your favourite meal all the time!
oh, and don’t weigh yourself every day, it discourages you if it doesn’t go down each day. weigh yourself once a week say, in the morning, after you’ve done your business :) aim to lose 2 - 3lbs a week, no more. some weeks you might not achieve this, but don’t get discouraged, keep at it.
